Understanding Your Dental Plan
What is a prepaid dental plan?
Prepaid dental is your direct connection to your dentist. Dentists are qualified for quality, and a portion of your copayment goes to the dentist each month. In exchange, the dentist agrees to offer treatment at a reduced rate to our members.
Is my prepaid dental plan easy to use?
Our plans are designed to deliver maximum value without hassle. That's why your copayment schedule shows you how much your treatment will cost, and your coverage has no deductible, no maximum, no waiting period and no pre-existing condition exclusions.
What is a copayment?
A copayment is the amount you should pay for a given procedure as laid out in your Schedule of Covered Services and Copayments. This amount may not include upgrade fees for specialized porcelain or gold, but you will have a clear view of what procedures are covered, and how much it will cost you.
What is a Quality Assured Dentist?
All Dental Health Services Participating Dentists must exceed our standards for quality, safety, accessibility and availability. A Quality Assured Dentist must be committed to these ideals and be responsive to your needs.
Is orthodontia included?
Orthodontia is included at a great value to our members. Similar to our participating general dentists, we have participating orthodontists who will give you the treatment you need.
What if I have questions about becoming a member or about my current coverage?
