Confused which portal is right for you?
Simply click on the Enter button for the most appropriate group. For example, if you are an individual with a Dental Health Services plan, enter the Member portal. If you are a Dentist, enter via the Dentist portal.

We're upgrading your portal to deliver better access to your benefits and an improved experience.
What to Expect
From July 17–19, you may experience temporary interruptions to phone service and access to your account.
Your access will be fully restored on July 20 with improved benefit management tools.
What You Can Do
If possible, complete time-sensitive tasks, such as eligibility verification, before July 17.
If you call during the transition, wait times may be longer than usual. You can choose the callback option, and a representative will return your call in the order it was received.
