Group Service Specialist – Los Angeles

If so, then this is a wonderful opportunity for field work with employees of companies based in the greater Los Angeles area.
Dental Health Services is a leader in providing dental benefit solutions for employers and individuals throughout California, Oregon and Washington. We are committed to providing our members and clients outstanding customer service regarding dental plan benefit coverage, dentist access, care and treatment and enrollment information.
Summary
We are looking for a bright, resourceful, enthusiastic, self-starter who will manage field accounts in the Los Angeles sales and service area. As the "front line" communicator with our existing clients, you will be responsible for actively recognizing potential issues and concerns. Primary job functions of this position are both sales and service. Ongoing responsibilities involve giving professional orientations, training, and servicing and client retention. We also invite you to help identify and establish cost effective, innovative solutions to complex organizational issues.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
- Ready to learn and grow - We will teach you the skills if you have the right attitude.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (new grad okay)
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Enjoy driving and meeting 4-8 clients per day (travel required approximately 80% of the time)
- Valid California driver's license and insurance
