Client Service Manager (Sales Account Executive) - Oregon

Dental Health Services is a leader in providing dental benefit solutions for employers and individuals throughout California, Washington and now Oregon. We are committed to providing our members and clients outstanding customer service regarding dental plan benefit coverage, provider access and enrollment information.

Summary of Duties

We are looking for a bright, resourceful, enthusiastic, self-starter who will manage field accounts. As the "front line" communicator with our clients, you will be responsible for actively recognizing potential issues and concerns. Primary job functions of this position are sales and service:

  • Making and exceeding your sales goals will lead you to a six-figure salary with unlimited earning possibility.
  • Servicing accounts after the case is sold will also increase your earning potential through an incentive program.
  • Giving professional orientations such as open enrollment meetings, Q&A meetings, any client requested training sessions, renewal meetings, etc.
  • We also invite you to help identify and establish cost effective, innovative solutions to complex organizational issues.
  • Note- this position is primarily outside the office where the employee will be in the field 4 days a week. Successful candidates will be familiar with field sales and are highly organized.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Enjoy driving and meeting 6-8 clients per day with field representatives
  • Valid state driver's license and insurance
  • License is required within your first 30-days of employment, we will help you.
